Our Yoga Shala: A Beautiful Japanese Tatami room
Let us introduce our beautiful yoga shala with Japanese traditional tatami mats! We have daily yoga practices every morning and evening in our program, and this is also where other cultural workshops happen such as Kimono experience and Zazen & calligraphy meditation!
Embrace Tradition: Kimono Experience at Our Retreat
Our Kimono experience workshop is one of the highlights of Prana Retreat Japan. We have local kimono professionals coming over to our site, and learn how to wear kimono and move in kimono steps by steps!
What kind of food do we serve in our retreat?
Our delicious, healthy, nourishing meats at Prana Retreat Japan. We offer from traditional Japanese dishes to Western vegetarian breakfast. Super easy to digest, yet very satisfying!

Memorable words from a local Buddhism monk during the retreat
The local Buddhism monk come to offer a Zazen and Calligraphy (Shakyou) meditation at our retreat, and they are both very popular and informative activities during the program. We always learn a lot from him, and especially stories about monk’s life is so interesting!
