About accomodation :
Our center is a Japanese architectural designed-home. Please be prepared for a chill during the stay. Crafted with a harmonious blend of natural elements - tatami mats, shoji screens and sliding fusuma doors - these homes offer a journey into Japanese architectural heritage. Embrace the snug warmth as you participate in our retreat activities. All the rooms are different sizes and designs. See Our Center
* Prana Retreat Japan mainly runs retreat only in Spring and Autumn.

* Pick-up is at a designated time ( 2:30 PM ) at Fukuoka International Airport. If your flight arrives later than this, it's your responsibility to catch a taxi to get to the venue at your expense. The complimentary minibus to the Fukuoka airport will be offered on the final day following check-out.

It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation. Naturally, no one books with the intention of cancelling or postponing their retreat, but unexpected things do happen, so please purchase travel cancellation insurance once you have made your reservation (for international retreat guests only)
DEFINITIONS
“Cancellation” by you is defined as not attending including postponing or rescheduling your booked retreat.“Cancellation” by Prana Retreat Japan is defined by the rescheduling or postponing of a planned retreat.“You” refers to the guest booking with Prana Retreat Japan. “We” refers to Prana Retreat Japan.“Us” refers to Prana Retreat Japan.
GUEST CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel your trip, Prana Retreat Japan does not offer refunds for any reason.If circumstances are extenuating, your payment, may be used as credit for another retreat, to be used within one year of your original retreat date or we will gladly transfer your credit to another guest.Exceptions to our policy will not be made for any reason.We do not offer discounts for a guest arriving late or leaving early.
Depending on when you cancel, cancellation penalties may apply. Fees are determined by the following schedule:
• If you cancel more than 90 days before your retreat start date, 100% of your payment may be applied to another Retreat.
• If you cancel 50 – 89 days before your retreat start date, 75% of your payment may be applied to another Retreat. You will forfeit 25% of the price of your retreat.
• If you cancel 15 – 49 days before your retreat start date, 40% of your payment may be applied to another Retreat. You will forfeit 60% of the price of your retreat.
• If you cancel 14 days or less before your retreat start date, you will forfeit your entire payment.
PRANA RETREAT JAPAN CANCELATION POLICY
If Prana Retreat Japan must cancel a booked retreat for any reason, you will get refunded or transfer your full retreat payment to another retreat.
Prana Retreat Japan is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip. You may use this credit for another retreat, to be used within one year of your original retreat date.
